Personality-
Caleb is peaceful. That's one way to describe him. He hates violence of any type. He is very to himself, so he's usually alone when you see him. He isn't used to having any friends, so good luck trying to befriend him. He has an obsession with hair. His hair always has to be perfect. His biggest fear is men and loud noises due to some things that has happened in his past. Caleb is very emotional, no matter how much he tries to hide it. He is the type of guy who will try to control his tears but he has no way of doing it. He often times gets made fun of for being such a 'Crybaby'. He says that he doesn't care, but he really knows he does. He really isn't sure of his sexual orientation. He thinks he is Bi, but his fear of men hasn't given him the chance to experiment with any one. Most people would describe him as an Emo hippie, which I guess is true in a way. He is always playing with his hair or fixing his clothes. He is very self-conscious and thinks he has to look perfect. Caleb has type one diabetes and often ignores it, putting him in the hospital quite often since he doesn't have friends who care about him enough to make sure he is treating it. History-
Caleb was born at the ripe age of zero. His mother had no idea who the father was. His mother was one of the whores in a gang house, so that's where Caleb grew up. Being around drugs, sex, money, guns, violence and killing. That was where he got his intense hatred for violence. He didn't like seeing innocent people being hurt or killed for doing a small job wrong. He grew up being a quiet little boy, not being in any one's way.

At age 7, Caleb began to go out and walk the streets by himself. One day he saw a small, gray pony on the road and he asked the Man if he could pet it. Normally, the horse didn't like people, but it took a liking to Caleb. The man saw this and decided that Caleb might be the key to training the mare.

When Caleb turned 13, he was introduced to drugs. They became his one and only friend, aside from Tessa, the gray mare. He couldn't live without them. They were his way of forgetting the horrible things that had happened. He began to get hit and pushed around for being so emotional. there was nothing Caleb could do about it.

When he turned fifteen, he went to ride Tessa, but she wasn't there, puzzled, he asked The Man. She had passed away during the night. Caleb was devastated. The man started talking to the boy and found out about his current living arrangements. He and his wife soon adopted the boy and brought him in. He took a liking to a horse that The man had bred. He ended up giving Caleb the horse and Caleb had it broke in a matter of weeks and the two became best friends.

They taught Caleb English only to prepare him for the school they were sending him off to.
